房子蠻不錯的. 樓下就是公車站, 旁邊就有K-MARK等等能買菜, 買生活用品的地方, 加油站等等.  房子到阿大或者UNI SA 只要10分鐘. 很方便.

首先這個房子只招收女生. 因為我是女人, 我用我老公帳號發的.

可以抽煙可以喝酒可以偶爾帶男朋友回家, 只是有幾件事情不被看好: 太計較, 帶陌生人回家過夜, 房租不按時, 你房間多亂都沒關係, 不要亂倒公共區域, 最重要的就是斤斤計較, 因為我是那種很不喜歡計較小節的人( 因為以前碰到過太多做事嘰嘰歪歪的人)

網絡是TPG 500G最好的速度套餐, 3個人用應該是足夠了, 白天150G晚上350G 官方速度是4Mbps/1Mbps. 69刀一個月, 每人每月25刀網費.(全天無限制的, 隨便你怎麼看電影啦哈哈)

對煙味敏感著別入住了. 多多少少會有煙味的.

這個是個合同房, 三月一簽. 有詳細的賠償表格. 怕麻煩的JJ們就不好意思了.( 其實很簡單 )

帶男朋友進來偶爾可以, 經常就不好了. 我男人也會來住, 所以很隨意的.
