你还要看清楚Council Search和Property Interest Report的内容，房子是否有其他影响业权或结构的条文，包括路政局是否有在不久的将来征收你的土地作为扩宽马路之用等等。

    北面靠近munno para和devoren park 都在造新房，而且政府鼓励买新房，给购房者有很高优惠啊
