I am a 24 year old female postgraduate student looking for a city room. I am clean and friendly, and wish to pay up to $160+expenses in a fully furnished and fully equipped room.
Requirements for the general household:
1.Quiet. I need absolutely quietness for my study. No party or visitors during weekdays.
2. Fast speed internet with big download allowances. As I need to do many online conferences, it is important that I have more then 30G internet to myself each month.
3. The house has to be close to Supreme Court of Australia. Chinatown Area should be acceptable. Carrington St. is generally acceptable. Nothing further.
4. If there is lots of people living in the place, I require a separate bathroom and toilet.
