房子情况：中央空调、热水器、洗衣机、冰箱、微波炉、烤箱等，有security alarm，房间内壁橱，卫生间有浴霸。

房租包括水电气网络的日常用量。

5月7日（周六）可入住。

另外接收行李/家具寄存，长短期均可，$8/W起，价格看数量商议，行李不是特远的可接送。
