TPG 网速怎么那么慢啊？有高手解决吗

我才开通了TPG homephone + unlimit 的套餐，今天才激活的。
但是，现在用起来非常的慢，国内的网页几乎打不开，国外的网页也很慢，下载速度也才在100kb/s左右，跟ADSL2+的速度差太多了吧

有高手解决一下吗？？谢谢了
