1.租期：11月上旬~2月底  三个月短租

2.地址：地址是32 Main Street, Eastwood（点这里看地址）
           861,863,864,865(every 15mins),超高峰期上上下下的12分钟到city和阿大，平常基本8分钟左右就到了。 171(every 30 mins)，到Chinatown，city和阿大 。
           除了周末，平时都不用看车表，因为86X系列和17X系列间隔着来，车还是挺多的。（PS.周末搭864去德国村~ 方便好玩哈~）

3.房间： 全家具的房间：双人大床，书柜，茶几，大桌子，衣柜，穿衣镜还有收纳框等等
            房间很干净（自己住每周打扫还有吸尘器清洁，进屋都不穿鞋的），朝向好，超美好的有阳光但不晒，因为去年我有个住西边房子也面向西边的同学虽然有空调但是热得没法住的时候，我这个房间还是比较凉爽的~
            真正的无线网络，客厅以及厨房有桌椅，微波炉冰箱洗衣机，还有公用的锅碗瓢盆作料，总之东西齐全就差拎包入住啦~

            大的前院和超大后院，还有两个仓库以及带雨棚的停车位置，还有晾晒衣服的固定大架子。

4.生活： 因为区很好，所以生活超级方便而且安全（我一年在家不在家都没关过后门，当然这是怕忘带钥匙的不良习惯）
            出门5分钟，foodland,pharmacy，一个Arcaba,seafood海鲜店，bakery delight面包店，教堂等。
            还有两家卖酒的，两家理发店，中餐馆（很有名很好吃的鱼米家~！！），workinabox，KFC以及咖啡店，bar，开肉店等。年底的时候有woolworth开张~

            【值得一提的是家旁边（15米）就是community centre，每周都有yoga瑜伽，慢跑，绘画，教中国功夫，以及专门为留学生提供的communication活动，想参加直接去就是了。不定期还有别的活动，比如之前有个品尝印度意大利法国美食的活动~ 是个和当地人接触，参与社交活动的超好地方】

           不是city胜似city，但价格比city划算得多的好地方~~~~

5.租金： 100/week + share bill，如果是coulpe就120/week

6.其他： 房里有小猫一只，可爱安静招人喜欢，如果怕小猫可以不让它进房子，但是虐猫人士绝对不行哈~！！！！
            出租时我自己的东西都会收走，不过你要是有什么东西需要都可以问我哦，插线板吹风等等各类小物，都不用买有的话都会给你用。
             还有房子不是新建的，一个浴室一个卫生间，没有中央空调，不过房间里有自己买的空调，不是cooler，是airconditioner哦~

大爱啊~~~ 茶几，可以靠在床边放手机趴着打电脑当床头桌用，平时我和同学都喜欢拿来做矮桌来写写画画，高度舒服~实用小家具~


衣柜。当时住的另一个房间，不过衣柜是同一个。布帘子是可以取的，当时为了遮乱……




一个人坐超大的桌子，后面是两个人坐的样子（两个人也能用~ 够宽哦  图上的布局很有soho感吧），角落是空调

   矮书柜。
能放很多杂物的架子还有青蛙收纳袋。
