交通便利：公交26站就在家门口，步行20秒。公交车J7直达 Flinders Univesity，只需10几分钟。公交车245、241直达city，阿大门口有站，上班时间约40分钟可到阿大（本人为阿大博士后，感觉每天上下班挺方便，不累，来回的公交车都肯定有座位），非繁忙时段20-30分钟即可到达city；或者10分钟走到火车站，20分钟到city。公交车J7直达机场。

购物方便：家门口有超市；附近有coles，步行10分钟即到；去Marion Shopping Centre（南澳最大购物中心）步行约20分钟，坐公交车245和241可直达，约5分钟可到达。

设备齐全：卧室有床、书桌、衣柜、穿衣镜等，可配备空调。公用家具齐全（冰箱，洗衣机，数字电视40多频道，空调，电暖炉，吊扇，沙发，各种柜子和桌椅，院内有一整套烧烤工具和桌椅，厨房有锅碗餐具），带着自己的行李就可入住，什么都不用买。房子是新装修的，特别新、干净，跟宾馆一样的感觉。

停车位：两个。
