房东代签？？？

郑律师你好。。

我和朋友一共四人在2009年一月一起共租一整套屋子。。一年后，我们想续租，和屋主口头上协议，并没有签任何文件。。两三个月前（实际时间忘记了）屋主把这屋子买了，现在是由房屋经纪负责。。
最近，我们不想继续租，原因怕到时有新买家，临时会找不到屋子。。所以我们致电给房屋经纪以有个交代。。但是他却告诉我们，旧房东帮我们续签了到明年一月。。房屋经纪告诉我们，如果要搬就得找到新房客，不然我们要继续还这里的房租到合约完。。可是我们却没有签任何文件，房东可以这么做吗？可以帮我们代签？烦恼！

打给他时只说现在他已把全权交给房屋经纪处理了，叫我们有什么事直接找他们。。

那如果我们就直接搬，他们会采取法律行动来对付我们吗？

    如您没有签署新的租房协议，即你们的租约到2010年1月到期。你们现在是以月租形式居住，你只要提前4周通知业主或者中介便可以搬出，但是前提是你们之前没有签署任何文件有关续租事宜。
