情况一，租别人的房子，适合大多数人
首先，考虑地理位置
一般30分钟内能到你学校都可以接受。阿德分东南西北四个方向的区域，有很大很大区别。最方便的东北，所以论坛上东北方向房子最受欢迎。从那边过来很快就能到学校。而东南，西南，一般都要很久。例如西南的bus 10站，相当于东北的bus 走20多站时间。因为从西南和东南过来都要走市区穿过，特别耗时间。好多租房广告都说10-15分钟就能到city，但到学校要30-35分钟。你想想10-15分钟到西5环，什么时候才能到西单呢。最简单的办法就是用google地图查一下，马上就知道真实的时间了。而西北，地区人都知道，飞机天天从头顶穿过。正北方向，治安的问题。

其次，看多少人住里面
房子好不好，首先看人多不多，人越多，就意味着抢厕所，抢厨房，抢客厅。然后每个人生活作息都不一样，人越多越吵。打给房东第一句问话，‘你目前那住几个人’。我的极限是4个人/一套房子，不管几间。

房间设施，第一重要采光
阿德大部分房子都采光不好，开了床，大白天都没光进来。典型欧洲阴冷风格。如果没光线的房子，怎么住都不舒服。

新房和老房
新房好看，不好用。住久了就发现，新房都是用木头架子架起来的，墙壁都是木板，不隔音。隔壁打个电话，你在房间里听得一清二楚的。

    Agree with some points, but not all.
1. distance comment is absolutely right!
2. new house is still more comfortable than the ond ones, as the facilities are better, and decoration is better, garden and view is better. So feels more comfortable.

大部分都很赞同。。。。。。。。

至于北区的治安，跟人觉得还好啊。。。我来阿德3，4年，就在北区住了3，4年，感觉还行。。。
可能某些区确实很乱。。。但不能不棒子打死，有些区还是不错的。。。

BTW，我个人比较倾向装修过的旧房子。。。。新房子那隔音。。确实不敢苟同
但是旧房子也有一个问题，就是水管的老化，即使是装修过。。大部分也能发现水管不大好用。。。
新房旧房这个。。。只能说是罗卜青菜了
