Plympton Park 现出租single bedroom (120/week)

house里一共有四间房~~最多五个人住~~整套house也有中央空调~~~之外厨房，客厅也很漂亮~~~还有很大的后院
室友都很好相处~~~~这个house从来没有出租过~~~所以房子很干净
周围有华人超市, supermarket, 中国餐馆, 健身房, Domino......生活非常方便
希望能找到干净， 好相处的室友~~~

单人房有单人床 书桌 书架~大衣柜
