典型的与adelaide uni有交流关系的homestay，按等级分类，可分为上等。地理位置稍显劣势，但是交通便捷，多路公交车（157x,157,155,139,137,113,117,287)直达CITY，分别停靠north tce（阿德莱德大学本校）与grenfell st（阿大语言中心）。一切生活购物娱乐活动方便，出门步行几分钟路程到达west lakes shopping centre(cinema, woolworth,coles,myer,david jones,mc,hungry jacks,kfc,以及附近的阿德莱德craws橄榄球主场）。居住环境优雅舒适，foxtel tv,x-box360,wireless俱全。饮食条件优越，少有食物限制，常被邀请参与私人活动以及棒球俱乐部比赛。后院风景优雅，适合钓鱼与闲暇读书。家庭成员热情温馨体贴，偶尔过问学习状况，适合喜于英文交流的同学。更有年龄相仿的家庭成员以及AU学生，交流融洽。没有过多的起居与节能限制（纯靠自觉）。
（切忌闭门不交流的同学，因为家庭里希望你能融入家庭成为其中一份子。限制为男生是因为同龄人全是男成员，女生会有诸多不变住处）
