房子是刚刚造好和刚刚装修好的，所有家具也是我们新买的

滚筒洗衣机，42寸全高清液晶电视，中央空调，冰箱，微波炉，洗碗机，烤箱，灶台是用GAS的。

房子位置在CITY的东北方向，地址是 54 Vickers Vimy Parade, Northgate。

整个小区的环境很好，周围住的都是LOCAL，应该说除了东边老牌富人区，这个地方可以算是新的富人区。

有大草坪，湖，喷泉，健身区，旁边有阿德的足球俱乐部，适合喜欢运动的同学。

附近就有商场， WOOLWORTH, DOMINO, 麦当劳，中餐馆。

房子一共两层，总共三个房间，两个卫生间，两个车库，大客厅。

二楼还有一个起居室用作书房。

并带有储藏室。前后院都有院子，可以BBQ. 步行200米就是BUS STOP。
