政府房每个区都有。lockelys不错，其他两个也可以。

    对，每一个区都有政府房。有些区的政府房已经很多年了，例如在西面的HANSON ROAD附近都有很多，那里的人已经居住十几二十年，好多房已经卖给私人，二十年前只要三四万就可以买下。五六年前价格升到十二万左右，有些还没有卖的，现在开始卖掉，然后推倒重建。不过据住在该区的人说周围还是有些问题，最好不要在那里惹麻烦。

另外，上次经过北区，有些貌似政府房在建，已经不是HOUSE，而是两层的APARTMENT，间隔成一个一个独立的UNIT。本地人称该区不好。

    是WOODVILLE 和GARDEN MANSFIELD、CROYDON一带，这里好像都是传统的安置区，越南人和黑人较多。

去过东边和南边较近市区的地方，环境很不错，感觉东边的交通稍微不太方便。千万不要买东边山上的房子，环境一流，都在树林里面，经常被山火所威胁。

很喜欢西南面的HALLETT COVE 附近的新区，海边别墅。
