主人酷爱清洁，因此整个房子也布置的干净整洁，地毯也刚刚洗过。
特招一个不吸烟，不养宠物，爱干净人士入住。

价钱：$155/week，电费、气费、网费和电话费另外SHARE。
交通状况：市中心。出门走路3分钟到TRAM CITY SOUTH站，5-7分钟到VICTORIA SQUARE，7分钟到CHINA TOWN。如果是在UNISA东，西校区，SAIBT和ADELAIDE UNI的同学，可坐FREE 99C，FREE TRAM直接到达。因为住所紧靠VICTORIA SQUARE，因此可非常方便坐车去任何地区。

房间2010年1月9日后可入住。我们希望可以与入住的房客签定长期合约（半年或一年）
