房屋介绍： 房子是个unit，一共2个房间，这个房间是master room, 房间和客厅均有空调电扇，房子通风，夏天凉爽。公车262 263 264 265第14站到家门口，或者Tram 11站，步行5分钟到家！网络80G！仅限女生！有1个厨房，1个浴室，一个客厅，一个阳台，楼下有停车位！房间里有2张写字台，大衣柜，空调，King size的床，和试衣镜。

周围环境: 环境优雅安全，家里附近有2家pizza店，步行10分钟有麦当劳。11站有个shopping center.步行15分钟可到或乘车5分钟可到， 生活十分方便。
价格： 单人95，双人120 （价格可议）. 因为房间带空调，包网络不包电！由于我和室友都回国，所以想把房子短租出去，并不是为了赚钱，所以价格合理。
