在国外就可以认证？

我只听说过在北京认证，还要交钱，好像是2500米。。。

也就是说。。。。。。。。。只要和国内认证机构“勾搭”好  就可以弄一份合法的文凭认证了吧？
因为最终国内的人和应聘单位看的是 认证后的文凭， 也不会去国外大使馆查证的吧。
