House位于南区近south rd 10站左右。在clarence park这个区。。。离city很近。south rd上超过5辆bus都到city，基本不用等车，大约10分钟左右到city，步行3分钟到bus stop.房子周围安静，适合喜欢安静的人。并且离火车站Edward站也很近。所以交通很便利。购物方便周围步行可到coles，south rd上各种商店齐全。

房子主要是分为主house和后院的flat。（相当于2套房子）主house有3个bed room（都很大，房东同意住多对couple)一个很大的独立的living room(可住人）还有一个比较大的厨房加餐厅.后院的flat可以分为2间也可以不分开带独立浴室和卫生间很适合couple居住。有点loft的感觉！后院宽敞，有储物室，院里可停3辆车。
