另外，买了OPTUS 的手机卡，这个卡市内和国际长途收费是什么情况呢？

Optus的手机卡应该是prepaid的SIM卡吧？如果是的话在手机里用，要先激活，然后才能用，一般是打optus的手机有free call，打其他的要收钱，你应该去optus点里问，好像现在prepaid也有package什么的，有的是免费短信，有的是free call之类的，我不是很清楚
