不管你是PRE PAID还是POST PAID...
如果你朋友都是3G 那你也买个3G
如果你朋友都是OPTUS 那就买OPTUS咯
签手机也是不错的OPTION,
一般如果你签49的PLAN,你每个月基本电话费不用愁,即使你打给别的公司,
但是你同学如果用的别的公司,就会比较计较费用问题了...
关于手机,
其实还是国内买个过来用好,
都是中文的了,这里的有的手机可以刷,有的没办法刷
而且刷还要收费.不划算 不划算...

前者是神州行，先给钱再打电话，后者是全球通，先打电话后给钱，并且有手机送
