1. 只要你办完了值机手续（也就是换登机牌和托运行李），你提前多久过海关和边检都无所谓。

2. 要看各航空公司在相应机场的航站自己的情况，大部分航空公司针对国际航班是提前三个小时开放值机柜台（就是换登机牌和托运行李的地方）。

3. 从国内出境的时候过海关一般如果没有要申报的东西，就什么都不用检查。边检（也就是所谓的边防检查）负责查验你的护照、签证和登机牌（如果是外国国籍的还需查验离境卡，内地国人[暂时不含台港澳同胞]不需要），如果你的航班不是直达航班，有时边检还会请你出示后续航段/航班的登机牌或机票或电子客票行程单。。。
