3)  交通：
可坐4辆BUS 222,224，228 到第33站下车，或者坐BUS 565 第39站下。出门1分钟到BUS STOP，大约为15-20分钟到city；到南澳MAWSONLAKE 校区，开车3分钟，BUS5分钟，徒步12分钟。
4）价钱：  
Homestay $200周/人, 也可只租房间 单人$120, 双人share $160(水电气全包)。押金为4周.

不想多做介绍啦~我最近因为旧房东把房子卖了，着急搬家，所以就在中介签了很多房子，昨天中介告诉我有一个4室一厅的房子签好了，但是我和我一个很可爱的女同学，我们才两个人，我们只占了两间房子，还有两间房子空着，我现在不想再当2房东了，所以我想找人和我一起做房东租这个房子，我和中介签的房子是$420一周（但是中介说是前3个月的价钱，以后的价格是$450)，房东包水，房间里面没有家具，没有电器（但是电器我们决定要买新的了），呵呵，现在的情况是有一间很大的屋子，那间屋子适合两个女孩子住，剩下的房间属于超大的单人间。我们不想租给COUPLE，对不起啦~
        房子有两个车位，我占了一个，不好意思，呵呵，2个卫生间，至于其他的，说实话我也没有印象啦，呵呵~
