首先到学校网站上看，看好后发邮件向学校咨询。

You must be sponsored by an eligible relative or obtain nomination from SA government  As you are a skilled migrant under 176 visa holder,  You can continue for your further study in PHD,  or find a job after your arrival in Adelaide.

Please check with Commerce fauculty to see whether they can take your proposal as a PHD student at this stage.
