地址：Kurralta park区， 公交M44，263,265,244,248的5A站,下楼就是车站，10分钟以内到CITY
房屋简介： 2个卧室（其中暂时出租1间）， 1个卫生间， 1个厨房， 1个客厅， 1个阳台（晾衣服不怕下雨） 带停车位，楼下就是公共游泳池，完全免费使用。近Kurralta Park Shopping Centre,走路5分钟即到，附近有Coles,K-mart,flight centre, Michel Cake.等等

价钱： 大房 120全包（或110不包）
小房 110全包 （或100不包)
