Location: 南区Hyde Park，是不是富人区就不说了，俗。来了时间长的，肯定知道这是什么地方。来了没多久的，花一分钟去google一下，也就可以了解了。Adelaide平均独立大House房价都在30、40万左右吧，我们这边隔一条街前段时间卖掉了一个大房子，超过了1个Million。

Transporatation：第7站，Hyde Park整个区位于Unley Road和King William Road之间，我们的房子处于距离这两条主路walk时间都差不多的小巷子里面，走到主路上的车站5分钟以内吧，个人讨厌走到主路3分钟以内的房子，一般走路时间越短，说明晚上越吵。
在Unley Road上有190、191、192、194、196、198、199，在King William Road上有200，都是Go Zone区里面的，也就是15分钟肯定有车。以在Uni of Ade上学为例，平均为20分钟，早晚高峰多10分钟，中午时候快的可以10分钟就到，不过车停在King William Street上，所有还要算上走到学校的时间。南区的车要经过city南部，所以会多花几分钟，一般来说南区的第7站，可以比照东北区的第10站左右。在此，再一次鄙视说第16站10分钟可以到学校的人。

房子结构：5个房间，2个bathroom+toilet。出租的为其中3间，2间是地板的，1间是地毯。价格为105至120不等，share bill，具体可以视情况商量。房子后面有游泳池，当然现在用不到。
因为是老房子，所以房间都比较大，有一间一面都是衣橱。房子新粉刷过，所以表面还是蛮新的。房间里面的床啊、书桌啊，我们还在一步步添加，原则上会用Ikea或者Officework的新东西。热水和oven都是煤气的，冰箱和洗衣机还在到位中。
我们现在住着2人，都是Uni of Ade的master学生，一男一女，close friends＋classmates关系。女生的母亲和外婆过几天就要来澳洲小住一段时间。

网络：昨天Adam刚刚装好，现在是ADSL2＋套餐的40G。看使用情况再加quota吧，放心万一不够，我肯定比你急。

找房子前前后后搞了一个月，害的马上就要考试了，才知道耽误时间没有好好学习。大家来到澳洲，好多人都为房子而烦恼，一年搬5次的有之，和室友闹矛盾搞得天天不开心的就更多了。我们也希望能和同住的人一起住得开心，欢迎大家联系看房，原则上我们不太想招couple。Sorry for that
