所以希望以后租房的兄弟姐妹，接房的时候弄清楚。走的时候可以要小心打扫 有些地方 有黑行的可以自己去超市买点东西先处理好，这样就不会遇到很多麻烦了。
出门在外，主要是要多了解情况，论坛之上多分享经验。

我不介意二房东
也不介意有些房子价格高了一些
但是心态要好，租房的 出租房子了
上次一同学就是租了中国学生的一个房子 加了15一周
但是基本能接受 能理解 就好了
但是也有一些房子的房东比较过分 希望租房的问题能得到大家的关注
这样在阿德莱德的学习跟生活都会简单很多
有时看到同学大包小包老是搬家 真的觉的很不容易
出门在外 也是刚高考完毕不久的小年轻 出国前过得都是不错的日子
出国了 但是发现连简单的生活都让自己头痛
学习也就受影响了

我现在的房子还没有到一年 还不知道会不会被扣 但是我们一个朋友已经被扣过了
也有二房东很喜欢扣人钱的 就说是不干净 然后要找人打扫 还要你搬出去
这个就很不爽了
所以前提是租房的时候就基本要看一下二房东的机会成本高不，比如房子本身可以
不是那种一群人 到处隔房间的 这样的人 一般是主要目的是挣钱 就会有可能扣钱
但是一般情况下 没有弄坏设备 找的房东还可以 走的时候打扫干净 一般是不会被扣的
我有几个朋友他们都把其中一间房子出租的 没有听过还有扣BOND金的
