精神緊張壓力大    這是典型的 身心疾病   精神緊張 情緒激動  或過分憂慮對大腦產生不良的刺激 影響食物的消化

生活要規律   注意氣候變化   不可過分勞累  多注意休息睡眠  生活起居要有規律  注意節氣冷暖  及時添減衣服

飲食衛生  不偏食  不挑食  饑飽失度  過度使用冰冷食品   或刺激食品  如辣椒 濃茶  咖啡  導致 腸胃消化功能紊亂

需不需要先中醫師把脈  得知原因   再處理  否則澳洲醫療體制是 要先經過 家庭醫師 GP 看診后  他會REFER 到 大醫院   若是有必要  才會安排  照胃鏡

如果需要作检查的话，有两条路走，一种是公立医院，一种是私立。
如果去公立医院，我的医生告诉我，排队等着见医院里肠胃科的大夫大概是1-2个月，然后再排1-2个月作胃镜。
如果去私立，1-2天就可以安排去一个肠胃的专科诊所见专科大夫，然后再过几天就可以去私立医院做胃镜了。
问题时，要看你是什么健康保险。如果已经移民，使用澳洲政府的Medicare，那只能去公立医院，否则私立的一切费用都自己掏。如果是使用private health insurance，可以去私立诊所和私立医院（估计你直接找个肠胃的专科诊所，都不用去见Local GP了）。如果是国际学生保险，我还真不太了解，咨询一下给你提供学生保险的保险公司。我估计可以去私立医院，但是要掏一部分钱。
