澳洲口语心得 17 （土话）

澳洲是有很多土语，说起来简单顺口，也体现了澳洲人的说话懒。
其中比较有代表性的就是变以 ie 结尾的词。其实很多是原词比较长或者拗口，就把后面一大堆都砍去，直接加 ie 来简化。今天稍微总结一下，有不全的大家补充

早饭 breakfast，读起来很长，澳洲人会把后面都砍掉，说成 brekkie  /breki/，是不是偷懒了很多？
还有蔬菜 vegetable，读起来很长，就可以读成 veggie  /vegi/
还有澳洲的超市 woolworths，很拗口，就读成 woolies  /wulis/
天啊澳洲人真是太懒了

其他的还有，
烧烤，barbeque，说成 barbie
守门员，goalkeeper，说成 goalie
蚊子，mosquito，说成 mozzie
口香糖，说成 chewie，注：chew 是咀嚼的意思
饼干，biscuit，说成 bikkie
巧克力，chocolate，说成 chokkie
赌博机， poker machines，说成 pokie
自己手卷的烟，叫 rollie
吸毒的哥们，叫 druggie


连他们自己，Australian，都懒得读完，说成 Aussie 得了。。。。。。
