part time 在工资方面 相当于full time , 也有hoilday pay 和年假，但是具体区别就不清楚了。
如果干足时间， 一年下来 casual 的工资 跟 full time的工资+福利 ，其实是差不多的。

比如说，casual 的工资是$18/H， 对应part-time的工资大约是$15，但是part-time在public hoilday 可以带薪休假， 但是casual 在公共假日如果不上班，就没有工资。

我有casual 的工作， 也有part-time的工作，但是没有具体弄清怎么回事。
所以以上答案应该只有70% 的正确率。

casual 和 part time  在工资上的区别和福利上的不一样这个大家都知道了, 但是在工作的稳定上,有很大的区别.
casual 你的工作时间永远是不会多的, 老外不是傻瓜, 给你这么多工资他去喝西北风啊, 现在在买当劳,wooli,coles,  casual(21岁以上)的都有20刀/小时左右, 周日有29刀/小时左右, 很多人想如果每周干个40小时呢不是有个800多刀了.  呵呵......这个只是在理论上的
工作时间永远是 full time>part time>=casual

呢很多人要问了, 这样做casual 不是比part time 好吗?
这就是工作稳定的问题了, part time 你每周时间可以是固定的,比如一周20个小时左右, 但是casual 可以给你这周20个小时, 下周不给你也可以, 就向前段时间圣诞节, 每个公司都在招casual, 节日一过,这些人都自动88了.

一般向买当劳,wooli,coles, 喜欢招21岁以下的casual (便宜)和21岁以上的part time, full time的话基本上都是manager级别的, 还有就是因为周日工资高,会尽量少排班. 呵呵....希望对大家有用.
