1.有自己独立房间，房间要有可以打开的窗户，门上要有锁，house人数不超过3人，无吸烟者，室友安静干净好相处。（我现在住的house有7个人，晚上男生打牌吵死了，房东阿姨巨啰嗦，每天说个不停，她儿子14岁正直青春年少，在屋里活动像地震，实在没法看书学习）:talking:
2.市中心步行15分钟之内可到阿大
3.网速要快（现在一堆人share一个无线网，速度真的无语）
4.除了自己卧室和厨房卫生间自己弄脏的部分，不需要随时打扫其他，其他地方大家定期大扫除也可。（我现在住的地方是homestay,要做20多项家务，完全是苦力，一点自由也没有）:think2:
