这个澳洲邮局的信是spam吗？

前两天收到邮局的信，是
[url=][email protected][/url] 发出的，说是有包裹要我到某个区的邮局去取。我查了下他们提供的tracking number，还真的有这个包裹。我最近是在网上买过些东西，但是不记得还有没送到的，而且即使有应该送到我家或者我家所在的邮局，不会到另一个地方的邮局。如果是骗子邮件，他们会得到什么好处？如果我去了那个邮局要认领这个包裹，会有什么问题？
