We are seeking an experienced export manager to join our growing container packing facility in Port of Brisbane precinct. Applicants must enjoy working within a diverse team environment and are able to cope with timeline and workload pressure. Fluency in both English and Mandarin is essential.
DUTIES: - Liaise with customers for freight requirements and goods incoming status
- Liaise with shipping lines for bookings
- Use Exdoc and other systems for export procedure and fulfilment of compliance requirements (EDN | RFP | PRA | Phyto | COO)
- Customer account management
- Coordinate container packing jobs with yard operations team
- Coordinate transport delivery of FCL to terminals
- Coordinate other office administration and machinery maintenance tasks
- Reconcile supplier invoices
- Other adhoc duties as needed
REQUIRED: - Strong communication skills
- Time management and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Fluence in both English and Mandarin
ADVANTAGES: - Customer account management
- Experience within the truck and transport industry
- Experience in freight forwarder and with export documents
- EXDOC Accreditation or exposure to EXDOC
- Experience in export systems such as 1-Stop and eCertify, etc.
