We are only 1 minute walk away from Indooroopilly train stationand 2 minutes to the Indooroopilly Shopping Center and the bus interchange fromwhere you can catch a bus to UQ, city, etc. You can easily find us on Google.
Our property has 22 student rooms (2 of them are twin-sharingrooms) and 8 motel units.
Student rooms have one single bed, bed covers, blanket,towel, wardrobe, desk, chair, heater, telephone, Flat-screen TV, bar fridge,free Wifi (high speed 5g network), tea and coffee making facility in publicarea.
Continental breakfast is served daily and dinner is served 5days a week, Monday to Friday. They are part of the deal.
All students share 7 bathrooms and 6 toilets which arecleaned daily, and coin-operated laundry room is available to all tenants. Roomservice is normally provided once a week. It can be made flexible onarrangements to suit you.
We do not collect bonds. We only require a four-weeks minimumstay payment which needs to be paid in advance and on non-refundable basis.
