公寓位置在Australia Fair上方，美食小天地楼上金色高楼，平时都没有房子出租的，非常难租，比central更适合居住。公寓内住户基本上都是澳洲中年人、爷爷奶奶，素质很高，非常友好。地理位置优越，3分钟内步行至轻轨站，1分钟步行到海边，1分钟步行到商场。公寓内带泳池、图书室、健身房、会议室（因为住户年级偏大所以比较少人用这些设施，私密性强，适合不喜人多与嘈杂的你）。

你可以上门看房后选择想住Masteroom或Double room. Masteroom没有衣帽间，但是衣柜挺大的绝对够放东西，房间配备卫生间（但是没有浴缸，是冲凉房）。Double room带独立卫生间。价格分别为270/week 和 240/week, share水电网。

租这个房子的时候是基本没有家具的，所以家里面的家电都是我们自己搬进来的，租金不挣一分钱，原价出租，家具家电你也都可以用，一应俱全，拎包入住。出租时间为2月18号起租，不可提前入住，确定需交四周Bond并知晓中介。

注意：室友已占用家中车位，如需停车只能停VISITOR PARKING!!（停车场里的基本上是不会贴条的，但是不能保证）
