找工作找了数月~基本上都投的鬼佬公司~无果~
之前报纸上看到有间华人会计事务所招实习~
投了简历~面试了~感觉不错~但是却要签个协议~说这个实习得做一年~没有payment，要是一年内走的话就得赔偿~
大家觉得靠谱吗？
我关键是觉得一年太长了~

正规公司绝对不会接受让员工免费工作换取work experience和reference之类的事情的，因为他们也怕你到时候去告他们，这种投诉一般90%可能性都是雇员胜诉，然后雇主要补齐欠的工资，然后还要交罚款。所以对于公司来说绝对不划算。而且万一工作时间内出现工伤，你不是正式员工，保险公司不赔偿，公司会被罚死的。

本人澳洲HR毕业，这个协议签了也是无效的。只要是实际劳动行为发生了，签不签劳动合同雇主都要按照最低要求 ...
