找工作找了数月~基本上都投的鬼佬公司~无果~
之前报纸上看到有间华人会计事务所招实习~
投了简历~面试了~感觉不错~但是却要签个协议~说这个实习得做一年~没有payment，要是一年内走的话就得赔偿~
大家觉得靠谱吗？
我关键是觉得一年太长了~

无果的可能是因为你没有network working，英文不够好，文化差异太大等

还有一点就是如果公司之前没有雇佣过实习生的，一般就不会招人。因为建立一个新的合同就要费很多人力财力。

我们只有一个职位空缺，所以经理才要了那个实习生 的。而且也是本来让别人留下来的缘故。我们和那实习生也是有合同的，无薪2个月。经理通过australian internship要到的实习生。 多试试。实在找不到FT的从CONTRACT开始也好。一般来说会计找工起步比较难，一旦有了经验就比较容易了
