所以希望以后租房的兄弟姐妹，接房的时候弄清楚。走的时候可以要小心打扫 有些地方 有黑行的可以自己去超市买点东西先处理好，这样就不会遇到很多麻烦了。
出门在外，主要是要多了解情况，论坛之上多分享经验。

I don't think 2房東 can take out bond from you without any receipt or evidence that has shown they have find professional people to fix the damages or to do the clean up job!!!!

I'm the house owner too! I rent out the whole house to Chinese students! I have 5 bedroom. I don't care how they rent out and how much they charge because whoever signed the contract with me will take responsible. I want to do the fair way. I explain everything and make sure we fair and understand the contract before we sign! Please ask most the questions u need and wanted to know before sign any contract and of course also write them down in the contract. Because the contract can be protect u in the future.

我现在的房子还没有到一年 还不知道会不会被扣 但是我们一个朋友已经被扣过了
也有二房东很喜欢扣人钱的 就说是不干净 然后要找人打扫 还要你搬出去
这个就很不爽了
所以前提是租房的时候就基本要看一下二房东的机会成本高不，比如房子本身可以
不是那种一群人 到处隔房间的 这样的人 一般是主要目的是挣钱 就会有可能扣钱
但是一般情况下 没有弄坏设备 找的房东还可以 走的时候打扫干净 一般是不会被扣的
