工作介绍1. Store Supervisor (Full time position)
Description:
• Responsible for ensuring the Store consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through effective use of short and long-term planning, expense control, sales, and service.
• Responsible for accurately processing sales, exchange, and refund transactions at the cash desk, with proper operations of the POS system, handling forms of tender with accuracy and respect, and ensuring proper discounts are applied when applicable.
• Ensuring team members are personally challenged in the achievement of productivity, sales per hour, units per transaction and product knowledge
• Ensuring a proactive approach to stock management and store presentation to always achieve visual excellence
• Required to comply with all Policies and Procedures, operational core competencies and key accountabilities.
Requirement:
• Proven management work experience in a focused, customer service oriented Retail environment
• An interest in Asian cosmetics
• An understanding of business operations
• Strong leadership skills
• Self-motivated and willingness in meeting/exceeding sales targets
• Exceptional communications skills
2. Beauty Advisor/ Sales Assistant (Part time, Junior staff wanted)
Description:
• Ensuring our exceptional products are promoted and presented well to recruit new and potential customers to the store;
• Providing customers with exceptional levels of product knowledge;
• Developing relationships with existing and new customers;
• An interest in Asian cosmetics
• Maintaining and up to date knowledge of current beauty trends both in Australia and in the international markets.
• Achieving sales targets and building greater product awareness for our customers;
• Working as a part of a dynamic, multi-cultural team.
Requirement:
• Demonstrated experience in a focused, customer service oriented Retail environment
• Strong sales ability and demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed all company KPI's
• Flair, confidence, creativity and a passion for customer service;
• Have good knowledge of skin care products and makeup skills
• Proven excellent customer service skill and sales record
• Excellent communication skill
• Available minimum 3 days
