北区核心地带，两房出租，靠近North Lakes Shopping Centre

地点：北区Kallangur，位于本区主干道上的中心地带，公车站就在家门口侧面，走路一分钟就到；火车站走路15分钟就到；邮局，Aldi，加油站，餐馆，Hungry Jack等就隔一个路口，走路5分钟不到就到；；理发店，医院，华人超市等所有日常需要的店面也都在马路对面。门口的公车，10分钟就直达North Lakes Shopping Centre，也有公车直达Chermside Shopping Centre。一句话非常方便！

合适人选：80后和90后，可靠老实安静，讲究卫生，不随便带外人来的就好。

租金：一间140/周；另一件大一点，150/周；费用全包，包最快的Telstra Internet，如果是来自中国大陆和台湾的，也包免费无限制打这两个地方的国际电话

房间家具：照片中没有多少家具，但是入住前我会去Ikea买，书桌，椅子，台灯，您只需要带自己行李来就好哦！

个人介绍：我是一个friendly and easy going 的男生，也时常助人为乐，性格开朗，眼光开明，这个房子主要是我在住，每周父母会来住2-3天。

大家说布村其实不只是Brisbane，也包括其东西南北周边区域，住那里的华人都说自己住Brisbane，这是个事实呢
