布里斯班哪一区块华人竞争较少？

在黄金海岸多住了很久

2016年的黄金海岸市中心Southport 进来了好多华人开店

小小一个区域 就有很多中餐 步行十分钟内珍珠奶茶就有6.7间

竞争激烈的状况下 想从竞争少一点的地方开个小小餐馆

请问今年有到过Southport的人

觉得布里斯班有没有什么地区不要太偏僻,但有没有像黄金海岸市中心那么多華人開店呢？

因为还是习惯住公寓,太偏遠的地方通常都是大house

北区的chermside跟southport比较起来  北区会比较少华人竞争吗？

平常很少去布里斯班  一年顶多去两趟 而且也只是到SUNNY BANK

所以很多地方不了解
