Master room is furnished with a double sized bed, desk, chair, big built-in wardrobe. Rent (135/w) does not include electricity, but includes wireless internet access, landline rental fee, and water bill.
Share living area with other two UQ female students (one Aussie, one Chinese), one more study, with a spacious balcony, and BBQ, separate toilet. All furniture is included and ready to move in. 2 car parks in front of the house.
This house is located on the busy Moggill Road, and closed to UQ bus stops (428, 427, 432 come every 30 mins; take 25mins to UQ. 444, 430, 433, 435 come 15 mins, take 30 mins to city), 10 mins walk to Kenmore Village, 5 mins drive to Indooroopilly shopping centre.
We don’t like party animals, prefer a non-smoking person, student is welcome, no pet, must be tidy and reliable. No couple please.
