We are looking foran energetic and motivated Travel Consultant to join a friendly and highperforming team. Duties: *Providingprofessional travel consulting service to Chinese speaking tourist from China,HK & Taiwan * Book travelpackages to all Australian destinations including accommodation, day tours,meals & transfer products. * Answering inboundenquiries and make outbound calls to follow-up existing quotes * Make reservationson in house booking systems * Ensureoutstanding customer service is offered on every call or visit. Requirements: * Min 3 years fulltime work experience (any industry) (office working experience would be anadvantage) * Fluent in Chinese(fluent in Cantonese would be an advantage) * Chinese typingskill is a must * Willing and ableto do shift work over the weekend and public holidays when needed * Willing and ableto do overtime to complete task when needed. * Proficient inusing Microsoft Word, Excel. * A natural salessense and an ability to interpret customer requirements. * Positive attitudeand an ability to work in a team * Strong writtenand verbal communication skills * Customer focused * Able to followinstructions and deliver best possible outcomes to the customer. * Qualityorientated. |
