Fortitude Valley Motel Receptionist Casual

Situated in Brisbane Fortitude Valley, Inner City Motel is looking for a customer focused individual to join.

To be considered for this position, you should possess the following attributes:

•     Well presented
•     Strong customer focus
•     Essential experience in a Hotel/Motel environment
•     Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Mandarin and English
•     Good time management and ability to multitask
•     Full ability to work a 7 days rotating roster (Day and Afternoon shifts)
•     Excellent attention to details
  

Duties include but are not limited to:
   

• Providing efficient services for guest registration and departure
• Upselling room types where appropriate
• Settling guest accounts, ensuring cash procedures are followed
• Maintaining accurate guest accounts
• Assisting with guest enquiries and offering solutions
• Maintaining strict security procedures to ensure our guests confidentiality and safety
• Setting a high standard of service to exceed guest expectations
  

You may also be required to assist generally our Housekeeping Team who work closely with our front office team.
