One bedroom is available in a three bedroom house, located in Kenmore, 5 min bus to Indooroopilly Shopping centre, 10 mins walk to Kenmore village. There are 2 bus stops right at door (428, 427, 432, come every 30 mins, taking 25 mins to UQ; 444, 430, 433, 435, taking 30 mins to city, come every 15 mins). Current tenants are two male international students, who are doing their bachelor and master degree in UQ. We do not want couple.
This house is fully furnished, all you need in the bedroom (a single bed, a study desk and a chair) and living area (kitchenware, laundry, TV in living room, BBQ cooker; Cabinet, wardrobe, mattress in the bedroom) are provided. There is one bathroom and one toilet in the house. Rent is 130/w, including Broadband internet, phone rental fee and water bill. Outdoor parking is provided.
