這文件不用簽, 因為寫明如果你同意上述條件請簽名.這是MEMO, 不是 CONTRACT EXTENSION/CONTRACT AMENDMENT
所以:
1 - 你沒有obligation 去簽這memo
2 - 因為你不同意, 所以你不用簽
3 - memo 沒有法律效力, 如果公司因為你不簽而fire你的話可以跟他們說你會去Fair Work Ombudsman 投訴
