Type of house : Town house(2 stories. 3 bedroom)

Fairly decent bedroom with a nice bed, a desk, book case, desk light and built-in closet.
                  
Living condition : Living with 3 other females  but having your own room.
                 ADSL2 internet available.
Share fee : $ 140 per week/per room per person
             ( including gas, electricity, water and Internet)
Bond fee: $560 (Month),
            Payment : fortnightly (every second week)
         
We are 3 female students(different nationality- Japanese and Korean), one is a nursing student and another is a student now who used to be a teacher. We are looking for a mature female share mate to share great experience and enjoying living together with us.
