Make a job posting, for your current job that you are in. Make twocopies. Put a date stamp on it and write "posted on" next to it. Put itup on two different notice boards in your office building. Remove themafter 30 days. Put a date stamp and write "removed on".

Go to the above website. Find out what is the prevailing wage for yourjob and your location (city, state). Wages may vary from place to placefor the same job. Once you get this, print it out.
Third Step
Fill in Form ETA 9035E or the Labor Condition Application. You can dothis online and apply electronically. You can use the information fromStep 2 to complete this form. Take a print out of this completed FormETA 9035E. Some on in your office has to sign this form. Also followany other instructions on the labor department website.
Fourth and Final Step
The final step it to fill in form I-29, petition for a non-immigrantworker. The H-1B application. Fill in this form and any othersupplementary forms as required. The supplementary forms vary for eachperson and job. So carefully read the USCIS website. Please be aware ofall the dates of the ads posted and the labor condition application(ETA 9035E) and so on. Check for all the details twice. Then print outthis filled in form. Some one in your office or company has to signthis form.
To this form attach the the Form 9034E, copies of your posted Ad,degree certificates, transcripts (marklist), resume, passport pages,job offer letter and any other relevant document. Attach only copies.No originals. Check the USCIS website to see whether you need tocomplete any other forms or attach any other document copies. Mail thisform to the correct address with appropriate payment.
