首先谢谢斑竹回答我刚刚关于寄信问题，因为非常紧急怕看不见，所以只好重新开个新帖子。有些地方关于这些问题说法不一，所以想最后求证下。有三个问题：
1。我是H1B, 现在想转成F2，这种情况是不是可以直接在网上efiling I539，就是直接在网上申请身份转换？
2。收到的身份转换I539的receipt日期和我工作的termination date有什么关系吗？是我一定要在termination date之前收到receipt才可以合法留在美国吗？如果收到的receipt发生在termination date之后我是不是必须要离境呢？
2。如果要用邮寄的话，关于邮寄地址USCIS网站上有段话，说All Form I539 filed with a principal’s Form I129, Petition for Nonimmigrant Worker,(which includes a request for change of status or extension of stay), must be sent to USCIS California Service Center or USCIS Vermont Service Center.
Dependents filing form I539 for a change of status or extension of stay separately from the principal’s application, and whose principal’s application is pending or approved, should file at the USCIS Dallas Lockbox facility.
这里所说的principal’s Form I129，究竟什么意思呢，我的情况适合寄到哪个地址呢？
