Assist with the preparationof monthly financial and internal cost control reporting. Works on ad hoc or annual projects whileassisting with employee files, process mapping, employment verifications, and variousevaluations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:·     Assists HR Analystin HR Business Services process mapping·     Responsible forconducting employment verification checks and creating verification letters forprevious and current business services employees.·     Assists with theon-boarding process by creating new hire packets, orientation agendas, andsetting up reminders for three-month reviews, one-month check-ins, etc.·     Responsible forcreating new hire employee files and gathering required personnel documents tomaintain complete personnel files.·     Assists withevaluation processes including three-month reviews, yearly appraisals, and exitinterviews using Vi Desktop.·     Review the Intranetfor updated information, policy changes, or discount codes; suggestsappropriate changes with titles, departed staff members, or updated policies. JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Education: Currently enrolled in a4-year college or university; seeking aBachelor’s degree in Psychology (General, I/O, etc.), Human ResourcesManagement, or related field of study.
Skills and Abilities: Strong interpersonal and communication skills are key.Ability to act in a professional manner at all times. Ability to act with ahigh degree of integrity and maintain confidentiality.
Technological Skills: Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Officeand various research tools. 3.    Realty Operations Group (IT Intern)General Summary:We are currently seeking qualified interncandidates to participate in our paid Internship Program within the InformationTechnology Department.  Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:·     Incident Management:Handle incoming Service Desk phone or incident requests and communicate anyissue impacting end users to management.·     Asset Management:Maintain inventory of computer equipment during the process flow of new hire,transfer or termination requests.·     KnowledgeManagement: Actively participate in the development and documentation of thetechnical and public Knowledgebase and Training.
