我问城市大学我是不是已经被拒了，学校发给我一封email,内容如下：
I refer to your application for admission to our research degree programme, and would like to inform you that due to the limited number of student places available, your application has been deferred. We will write to you again if there is any new development in your application.
难道现在申请仅仅是被推迟了吗？是不是已经是被拒了，那么干嘛不直接说。哎！
