I purchased a konica digicam from willoughbys.com. When I received it the camera was found a lemon . I emailed the .com but nobody replied after 27 hours while it was claimed on their website that there would be staff responding immediately. I called up their phone number and this guy told me an extension number and asked me to call tomorrow. I tried it immediately anyhow as I was very anxious. Someone asked me for the order number and then out of the blue I was transfered to another person (she didn't even tell me she was putting me through). As I just started to explain my problem, the guy suddenly yelled at me: why you are calling again ??? I asked you to call tomorrow!!! I said but someone is working on that extension and I didn't even know she transfered me to you! He went: I TOLD YOU TO CALL TOMORROW BUT YOU JUST KEEP CALLING AND CALLING!! (he sounded like such an uneducated jackass) I went: who gives you the right to be so mean to your customers?! he said :I'm not mean!!! I Asked you to call tomorrow!! I said: it doesn't matter when I call. whenever I call as long as you are here to serve consumers you shouldn't have done what you just did. You are Gonna be SORRY for this I promise! then I hung up.
but the problem is I don't know where and how to appeal?
